After Plan Development, the initial design sketch is presented and reviewed. The sketch will give the client an idea of the basic layout of the site structure as well as the placement of elements such as water features, boulder arrangements, stone wall layouts, walkways, patios, tree groves and perennial beds, etc. At this stage, the client may make revisions before the plan is finalized.
