Landscape Plot Plan

These are Landscape architectural drawings indicating elevation grading (if needed), dimensional layouts of the landscape which includes symbol layout for trees, shrubs and perennials as well as hardscape placements and dimensions.

The Plant List

Provides a description of the quality, look, feel and botanical name (for web referencing) of each plant, as well as the quantity of each plant.

The Plant Schedule

Gives the exact location in your landscape plan for which the plant will be located. By cross referencing the Plot Plan with the Plant List and Plant Schedule you will have a finite image as to how your landscape concept will appear. The installed finished concept, it's only rival.

Site Interpretation

This is a written description and interpretation of the elements of your Essential Earthscape. It details the MEANING AND PURPOSE of the site as it relates to the clients gathered information in the initial interview and how that expression is realized or reflected on the landscape.

Three-Dimensional Artistic Rendition of Site

Because it may be very difficult to fully imagine in one's mind's eye, all that is being presented high quality, colored hand sketched drawings of the Essential Earthscape are presented. This removes confusion of interpretations and presents clear illustrations of the final outcome.

A breakdown of material cost, time estimates and labor involvements is detailed. Also phase breakdowns can be utilized for building the site in sequential periods of time.
